The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from third-party servers, and does not track you in any way. We don't use Google Analytics or any other web statistics. We couldn't tell you how many people visited yesterday, and we're at peace with that.

What we process

Server logs. This site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), whose network briefly processes technical data — such as your IP address, browser type, and requested pages — to serve the site quickly and securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a stable, secure website. Cloudflare does not retain raw request logs by default; aggregated analytics are kept for short periods. Where data is processed in the United States, appropriate safeguards apply (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, as applicable).

Your preference not to see our notice again. If you dismiss the small "no cookies" note, we store a single flag in your browser's local storage so it doesn't reappear. It contains no personal data, never leaves your device, and you can remove it anytime by clearing your browser data.

When you write to us. If you use our contact form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted by Web3Forms (a form delivery service) and emailed to our mailbox, which is routed via Cloudflare Email Routing and hosted by Google (Google Workspace). A hidden honeypot field keeps most bots out — real visitors never see it. We process your details only to reply, and keep the correspondence no longer than needed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

What we don't do

No cookies. No tracking pixels. No analytics. No advertising. No social media embeds. No external fonts. No profiling. No selling, renting, or sharing of data — there's essentially nothing to share.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, plus the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we hold almost nothing about you, most requests will be delightfully short. Write to hello@kindaslow.com.
